Eligibility

Orders and Payment
- All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP)
- Payment is required at the time of purchase
- We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal
- By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline
- Order confirmation will be sent to your email address
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
Shipping and Delivery
Physical products are dispatched within 7 working days. Delivery times vary by location. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Digital products are delivered via email immediately after purchase.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the personal and intimate nature of our shadow work materials, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on physical products, digital downloads, or live sessions.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and product designs, is the intellectual property of Sophie Lewis / Shadowborn and is protected by copyright law.

Digital Products
When you purchase a digital product (PDF, recording, etc.), you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own personal development. You may not share, redistribute, or resell digital products.
