Shipping Information
Processing Time
All orders are hand-packed with intention and posted within 7 working days of payment confirmation. Each item is carefully prepared and blessed before dispatch.
Urgent Orders
Need your order sooner? Email sophie.editorial@outlook.com with your order details and request urgent postage. I will do my best to accommodate where possible.
Delivery Destinations
I ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- United Kingdom: 2-5 working days
- Europe: 5-10 working days
- USA, Canada, Australia: 10-21 working days
- Rest of World: 14-28 working days
Please note: International delivery times can vary due to customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Postage is charged separately at checkout or added to your order total:
- United Kingdom: £4
- International: Varies by destination - please email for a quote
For international orders, email sophie.editorial@outlook.com with your country and I will confirm the postage cost before you pay.
Digital Products
PDF downloads and digital products are delivered instantly via email after purchase. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your download link within a few minutes.
Having trouble accessing your digital purchase? Email sophie.editorial@outlook.com and I will resend your files.
Returns & Refunds
Physical Products
Due to the intimate and personal nature of shadow work materials, all sales are final. Each ritual box and book is hand-prepared specifically for its recipient.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and I will arrange a replacement.
Digital Products
Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, refunds are not available for PDF downloads and digital content once the download link has been accessed.
Live Sessions & Courses
For live sessions and courses, please review the specific refund policy stated on each product page. Some offerings include recordings if you cannot attend live.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please get in touch. I track all shipments and will investigate with the postal service on your behalf.
Please allow the full estimated delivery window before reporting a missing order, as international shipping can sometimes experience delays.
