Who is Sophie?

I'm Sophie Lewis — NUJ-accredited investigative journalist, researcher, and founder of The Grooming Files. I'm completing my BA (Hons) in Social Sciences, specialising in criminology and forensic psychology.
For over a decade, I've been doing shadow work — not as theory, but as survival. What began as my own excavation became a practice. What I learned in collapse, I now offer to others.
Shadowborn is a ritual-based shadow work system I created for people who are done with spiritual bypassing and ready to confront what's really there. I work with tarot, pendulum, and intuitive channelling to help you see the patterns you've been avoiding and reclaim the parts of yourself you've buried.
